Join Rachel for an opportunity to slow down and deeply nourish yourself with gentle movement and feel-good self-massage in this calm and grounding flow. Use this practice to slow down and become quiet so that you can listen for inspiration when it arises.

Starting on the back, you will allow yourself to become deeply grounded and centered by dropping into the breath and bringing awareness to the body. Gently flow while practicing self-massage so as to deepen the poses and release any built up tension in the body.

Take as much time as you'd like in Savasana as it completes the class.
