Slow and Steady

Join Rachel for this slow and steady flow and give yourself the gift of gently and mindfully waking up the body as you breathe, move, and even self-massage your way through this practice. Set an intention to look for inspiration and find a new endeavor to set your mind to. Use this practice to slow down and become quiet so that you can listen for inspiration when it arises.

Starting on the back, you will allow yourself to become deeply grounded and centered by dropping into the breath and bringing awareness to the body. Gently flow while practicing self-massage so as to deepen the poses and release any built up tension in the body.
