Soften and deeply relax with this beautifully restorative practice led by Rachel Brathen. Move slowly to find spaces of stillness as you settle down and settle into each pose. Mindfully tune into your breath and connect within so as to find a place of comfort and peace with gentle hamstring and hip stretches, folds for lower back, and nuturing belly-down twists. This practice is beautiful for moments when you want to drop into the body at the end of the day, before bed, or if you just want to settle the mind down a bit. You will need a round bolster for this class, but a rolled up mat and blanket work just as well to support you for this practice.
