Muladhara Flow

This class is dedicated to the 1st chakra, the muladhara chakra, and is designed to help you tune in and ground yourself when the hustle and bustle of the external world leaves you feeling disconnected. Coral guides you through a reclining series that focuses on engaging the breath to relax the nervous system.
