Tune into where you criticize yourself the most, and today, let yourself be loved. Move your beautiful body through Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar), repeatedly spreading love for your body through your practice. Surrender into Hald Pigeon Pose (Ardha Kapotasana), find compassion for yourself, and open up into a vibrant Wild Thing (Camatkarasana). Release what no longer serves you with deep hip-openers. Today, speak love to your body and hear it. Today, feel love for your body. Today, no matter what, breathe through it.
