Does your pregnancy have you feeling low-energy and craving a good pick-me-up? This class is it! Perfect for any trimester, but especially in the beginning stages of pregnancy, this class will replace your tired, sluggish energy with revitalized vigor! This short 20-minute flow will start on the back, grounding and observing the energy of the current moment. Before diving into the flow, you'll start with gentle hamstring stretches to awaken the body. Acknowledge any places of tension or tightness so you can mindfully breathe deeper into those areas throughout your practice, creating more space and physical awareness. You will move through modified Sun Salutations, a hip opening lunge series and then progress into a balancing sequence. Round out the practice with a modified, gentle camel pose to open the heart. To finish, close in a seated Savasana to honor the body, absorb and receive all of the new energy you created.
