Enjoy this seated meditation and gentle restorative stretch with Ashley – a great way to start or end your day! Ashley uses mudras, chakra work, Pranayama, and affirmations throughout this yoga practice to help you connect with who you are and the potential you hold for your life. This practice will help you drop out of the mind and into the body and breath while relaxing, connecting with the earth, and affirming that you are being supported.
You will breathe through a gentle seated stretching sequence from Revolved Head-to-Knee Pose (Parivrtta Janu Sirsasana), Reverse Tabletop (Ardha Purvottanasana), to Supine Bound Angle/Butterfly (Supta Baddha Konasana). Move through challenges, open your heart, find peace, strength, gratitude, and release what is no longer serving you in this beautifully nurturing class.
For this class, one or two blocks, a blanket, and a strap are optional.
