When challenges come your way, this class will remind you that you can trust in yourself to move through them with courage and confidence. Join Rachel as she shares about self-trust both on and off the mat, and leads you through a guided meditation, oracle card pull, and some powerful flowy movement. Anchor into the breath, tap into your inner power center, and release some pent-up energy so that your mind, body, and soul can come into clarity and focus.

Begin lying down to connect to the breath and slowly open up the hamstrings, hips and lower back, then begin to create some heat as you activate your core with pelvic lifts. Shift to tabletop for a few rounds of Cat/Cow (Marjaryasana/Bitilasana) to wake up the spine and heartspace, briefly stretch out the wrists and feet, then lift up into your first Downward Facing Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana). Transition through an invigorating Plank Pose (Utthita Chaturanga Dandasana), Locust Pose (Salabhasana), Low Lunge (Anjaneyasana) sequence to activate and energize the core, then keep the heat going as you flow through Vinyasas, Chair Pose (Utkatasana), Boat Pose (Navasana), High Lunge Pose (Ashta Chandrasana), Side Plank Pose (Vasisthasana), and Lizard Pose (Utthan Pristhasana).

Tap into the core once more with Low Boat Pose (Ardha Navasana) before slowing things down with a beautiful hip and heart opening flow featuring Wild Thing Pose (Camatkarasana), Half Pigeon Pose (Ardha Kapotasana), Seated Wide Legged Forward Fold (Upavistha Konasana), and Happy Baby Pose (Ananda Balasana). Finally, stretch yourself out and allow your entire body to relax and integrate in deeply nourishing Savasana.


For this class, a strap, 1-2 blocks, and a blanket (or homemade substitutes) are recommended for additional length and support.
