Join Rachel (and Ringo!) for this invigorating Vinyasa flow practice to move into clarity, breathe, and activate the entire body as you step into a sense of groundedness.

Gently begin to warm up the body with gentle twists and core work, then move through an activating standing sequence with a chance to fly in Bakasana (Crow Pose) before slowing it down with some deep hip openers. Enjoy!

For this class, you may want to bring a blanket, a strap, and two blocks (or homemade substitutes).
