Be Honest With Yourself

Take up space in your own life, tune into your inner most dreams and desires, make yourself a priority, and hone your ability to trust in your own power within with Rachel in this lovely and incredibly healing class. Rachel begins by sharing on the class's theme, guides a short meditation, then pulls an oracle card for some energetic inspiration you can carry with you as you move on the mat. Throughout your practice, use your breath to align with your heart's desires and dreams, and anchor your seeds of intention.

Begin lying down to ground yourself, then gently warm up the body with subtle twists, hip circles, neck and wrist stretches, and a few cycles of Cat/Cow (Marjaryasana/Bitilasana). Challenge your balance and core with Half Downward Facing Dog (Ardha Adho Mukha Svanasana), Low Lunges (Anjaneyasana), a Plank/Forearm Plank sequence, and Fallen Triangle/Star Pose (Patita Tarasana). Move through a strong standing flow featuring High Crescent Lunge (Ashta Chandrasana), Pyramid Pose (Parsvottanasana), various Warrior (Virabhadrasana) poses, Standing L/Splits Pose (Urdhva Prasarita Eka Padasana), and Tree Pose (Vrksasana) to activate and strengthen the entire body. Slow it down with a releasing Half Pigeon Pose (Ardha Kapotasana), seated twists and forward folds, and a restful Savasana.

For this class, a blanket and 1-2 blocks (or homemade substitutes) are recommended for additional length and support.
