What you can let go of in order to create space for something new to come into your life? Clear and activate your energy with this creative and sweaty Vinyasa flow class by connecting to your power center, moving energy in the body, and releasing anything not serving you in the present.

You'll begin by grounding in Child's Pose (Balasana), tuning into the breath, checking in with your body with where it's at in this moment, and creating some space in the side body. Warm up the spine with a Cat (Marjaryasana), modified Four Limbed Staff Pose (Chaturanga Dandasana), baby Cobra (Bhujangasana), and Child's Pose sequence, then wake up the core with Balancing Table (Dandayamana Bharmanasana) and modified Side Plank (Vasisthasana). Continue building heat and reconnecting with your intention as you begin to flow through rounds of Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar) with lunges, standing Warrior (Virabhadrasana) and Half Moon (Ardha Chandrasana) poses sprinkled throughout.

Move to the floor to build strength and increase whole-body stability while releasing and letting go at the same time with a dynamic Boat Pose (Navasana), Half Pigeon Pose (Ardha Kapotasana), and Cow Face Pose (Gomukhasana) flow. Lastly, slow it way down in Happy Baby Pose (Ananda Balasana) and a well-deserved Savasana.


For this practice, we recommend having at least a block and a strap (or homemade substitutes). A blanket and an extra block are optional for additional support and length.
