Here you are leaving judgment at the door! Get out of your head, into your body, and learn a little more about this practice. Remember to be present, and constantly remind yourself to stay in the moment and just breathe. This flow helps you learn to take yourself a little less seriously, and have a lot more fun! Drop into your heart center, nurture your inner child, play and enjoy.

Jen teaches the basic Pranayama (breath control) practice that you will use to flow through the poses - Ujjayi also known as 'Victorious Breath'. She then builds a beginner sequence focusing on Cat/Cow (Marjaryasana/Bitilasana), Downward Facing Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana), Tree Pose (Vrksasana), Chair Pose (Utkatasana), and High Lunge (Ashta Chandrasana), weaving reminders throughout to stay presently connected to your heart and breath.
