Pause in Chair Pose (Utkatasana) before flowing through Vinyasas and Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar) featuring Revolved High Crescent Twists (Parivrtta Ashta Chandrasana), Low Lunges (Anjaneyasana), Warrior I (Virabhadrasana I), Warrior III, Warrior II, and Reverse/Peaceful Warrior (Viparita Virabhadrasana). Continue with standing hip-openers, Extended Side Angle (Utthita Parsvakonasana), Reverse Triangle (Viparita Trikonasana), Half Monkey/Splits (Ardha Hanumanasana), and Wild Thing (Camatkarasana) then transition into Hero Pose (Virasana) for deep quad and hip flexor opening.
