This 'Manifestation Yoga' class is designed to build up your trust. You'll start with a short meditation, breathing trust in your body in the present moment.

Begin by warming up the body with Surya Namaskar A. You will then flow through a full-body-activating and balance-focused sequence, complete with Chair Pose (Utkatasana), Side Plank (Vasisthasana), Camel Pose (Ustrasana), Standing Splits (Urdhva Prasarita Eka Padasana), Half Moon Pose (Ardha Chandrasana), core work and more, all while repeating the Mantra, 'TRUST', every time your palms meet. While you build up your sense of trust, you will also gain strength, balance, and flexibility in this powerful Vinyasa flow yoga practice.
