Sunrise Flow

Rise and greet the day with this potent morning practice. This class will help you wake up, increase your circulation, improve your range of motion, and start the day aligned with your heart. Begin slowly by checking in with your energy and connecting to your purpose then wake up the body with gentle movements to increase circulation and warm up the hips, spine, and upper body. You will move into a healing, invigorating sequence with standing poses, core work, hip openers and detoxifying twists. Use your breath to stay open throughout the practice, mindfully supporting your physical asanas. Learn to release tension and enter into the day with clear and conscious intentions from the heart.
