Move through Sun Salutations and into a dynamic standing sequence with fun and playful options, opening and strengthening the hips, groin, glutes and hamstrings. Bring the purification of fire to your body and play with your practice, taking optional arm balances and inversions. Once you are done playing, make your way onto the mat for seated hip, hamstring and groin opening, finally coming to rest in Savasana. This is a potent advanced practice that will call in the strength of fire medicine necessary to meet the task at hand and leave you feeling clear, activated, connected and open.
