This gentle prenatal Hatha yoga class is designed to help you feel more grounded and relaxed in your practice and in your body. Amelia guides you through a sequence of poses and variations that will provide a solid foundation, while strengthening the legs and opening the hips. The intention throughout the practice centers around connecting to the Root Chakra and releasing any feelings of fear, anxiety or a sense of disconnectedness. Consciously increase feelings of well-being, connection and ground yourself through standing, strengthening poses. Let everything settle and fall into place with a healing Savasana, and enjoy the effects of the practice throughout your day!
