Move through a gentle flow that balances strengthening and stretching in the quads and the deeper psoas muscles with variations of Virasana (Hero Pose), Natarajasana (Dancer Pose), lunges, Ardha Hanumanasana (Half Monkey/Splits Pose), and Ustrasana (Camel Pose) with a little bit of Vinyasa sprinkled throughout. This class will bring you back into awareness and connection with your body as you meet yourself where you are.
For this class, you will need a block. For additional length and support, we also recommend an extra block, a strap, and a chair or wall.
