Pranayama For Peace

If you are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or simply want a moment to relax, this simple Pranayama (breath work) practice with Rachel will help you calm down and return to a peaceful, centered state no matter where you are at.

Begin by simply noticing the flow of the breath, then anchor your awareness to the present by slowly counting each breath in a steady rhythm. Return to this practice at any time to restore your sense of calm within and to move through the day with a bit more ease.

For this class, a blanket, 1-2 blocks, or a chair are optional for additional seated support.
