Postnatal Healing

Postpartum goddess mamas, enjoy this 30-minute healing yoga class! In this class you will practice Pranayama, call in high vibrational energy, and release what no longer serves you. Flow through gentle hip opening and side waist lengthening poses to bring peace and ease into your body. To begin, you'll start with gentle seated twists and Sufi Circles to wake up the spine, psoas, and glutes, as you tune into the breath. Progress and make your way onto your back to explore deeper stretches, opportunities for energetic release and a gentle meditation on the breath. Lots of modifications are offered throughout, with plenty of opportunity to explore your own body. This short and sweet inner journey will relax you and ignite your healing, leaving you in a peaceful, reverent, grateful state.
