Utilize the ocean-like sounds of your breath (Ujjayi breathing) to ground and anchor to the present moment. Inhaling and exhaling like the sounds of waves coming and going, you'll set your intention and allow your heart to open and be as expansive as the ocean. Inspired by Bonaire’s environment, you'll incorporate dolphin, mermaid, and fish pose to stretch, lengthen and open the spaces you may be feeling constricted so you can flow like water. This feel-good practice is full of fluidity, playfulness and fun as you salute the sun and surrender to the sea!
