Set yourself up for a successful week ahead by quieting your mind and cultivating presence with Rachel in this inspiring guided meditation.

Find a comfortable seat and begin by clarifying your intentions for the week ahead. Continue by simply noticing your thoughts and bodily sensations, then gradually allow yourself to follow the flow of breath in your lungs. Come back to this meditation again and again each week to help you move from a confident, intentional, and balanced place within.

For this practice, we recommend a blanket, a chair, a cushion, or 1-2 blocks for additional seated support.
