Lunch Time Flow

Find your center in the middle of the day and leave all that orbits around you as you move through this 20-minute flow led by Coral Brown. Start seated with gentle twists, slowly shift to standing, then begin to move through Vinyasas, mindful twists, and strong Warrior (Virabhadrasana) poses as you build heat and energize your body. Create some space within, tap into your inner abdominal muscles with gentle core sequences, then end your practice with restorative psoas stretches and a supported Bridge Pose (Setu Bandhasana) to help you feel ready to take on the rest of your day.
