A fusion of dynamic yoga and martial arts, this Primal Mvmnt™ (formerly Primal Yoga) class will get your heart rate up and your blood pumping. Prepare to work your glutes, legs, shoulders, and core as Liz takes you through a short and power-packed sequence. Squats, front kicks, and roundhouse kicks complement a fun and flowy yoga sequence to both warm up and cool down, leaving you with a well-rounded and invigorating practice.

For this class, two blocks and a blanket are optional for additional length and support.
