This class is all about eagle – right side up and upside down! Begin in child's pose and anchor yourself in the breath. Warm up the body, engage the core, and play with twists in downward dog to open the thoracic spine. Move through a flow designed to strengthen the inner thighs, stretch the IT band, outer hips and shoulders then begin to play with eagle in all of its forms, both standing and inverted! Liz offers options for inversions and arm balances throughout the practice, use this class to explore and play with what feels good in your body!
