This 30-minute Infinite Source Yoga basics class with Ashley is designed to help you connect with and trust the wisdom you carry within you. Learning to hear the messages that will help you live in alignment with your highest self takes practice. This intentional yoga practice will help us get started.
Begin with a seated meditation followed by Alternate Nostril Breathing (Nadi Shodhana) Pranayama, then flow through a soft, slow series of seated postures designed to guide you into alignment with what your body needs and give you the confidence to honor those needs. You will move through Revolved Head To Knee Pose (Parivritta Janu Sirsasana), variations of Seated Spinal Twists (Ardha Matsyendrasana), Kundalini Pranayama, Seated Bound Forward Fold (Maruchyasana 1), Supine Spinal Twist (Supta Matsyendrasana), Supine Butterfly (Supta Baddha Konasana) and finally Savasana.
This practice transfers directly into life off the mat and supports you in living with clarity and a deep trust in yourself.
For this practice, a blanket and strap are optional.
