Handstand as Straight as an Arrow

Create a strong base, broaden the chest, open the hamstrings and groin, and prepare to stack the bones in a straight line to create your arrow, pointing in the direction of sky and earth. Learn to create an equilibrium and find more balance and ease in your handstand.

It's easy to forget that yoga is about the journey, not the end result, so try not to get discouraged if it takes some time before getting any airtime. Keep going and remember, handstand takes a whole lot of practice!

For this class, having a wall close by is optional, but a great way to practice finding more stability in this challenging pose.
