In this alternative Vinyasa flow class, you will avoid putting any weight on the hands, and move through a "hands-free" flow. Begin by deepening your breath and setting an intention, then move through a strengthening hip, side body, and shoulder-opening flow, all without putting any weight on your hands. Round out the practice by coming down on your mat to gently twist and release your spine, then allow yourself to integrate and rest as you settle into a sweet Savasana.
