Begin by tuning into your breath, then flow through a standing, hip-opening, and strengthening flow. Move through deep hip-openers, clear out the pelvis, groin, hips, and quads, then finish with Half Pigeon (Ardha Kapotasana) and a sweet, restful Savasana.
