Join Rachel in this special full moon ceremony class to allow yourself space to complete a cycle, finally let go of old patterns, and create openness within to receive the life you are looking to create for yourself in the here and now.
Create your sacred altar space with elements found in nature, then cozy up for soft grounding, meditation, and powerful oracle card insight before balancing the nervous system with a short shaking meditation.
After shaking, you'll find your way to the floor for a hip-opener of your choice - Half Pigeon (Ardha Kapotasana), Easy Pose (Sukhasana) or Double Pigeon (Agnistambhasana) for a moment of journaling, then transition to Tabletop (Bharmanasana) to make space in the wrists, and cycle through Cat/Cow (Marjaryasana/Bitilasana) to open up the spine and heart space. Lift up into a gentle Downward Facing Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana) to awaken different parts of the body, then lower down into Garland Pose (Malasana) to settle more deeply in the hips. Move upward to release what’s weighing you down in Standing Forward Fold (Uttanasana), then open up the hamstrings in Half Monkey/Splits Pose (Ardha Hanumanasana) before surrendering your heart in Child’s Pose (Balasana).
After this gentle movement, take a couple more moments to journal, then lie down and become really present with a shoulder opener before integrating what came up for you in Corpse Pose (Savasana).
