In this intentional flow with Jen, you will move, sweat, and call out your limiting beliefs, freeing yourself of all the stories that are holding you back and keeping you small. Use this practice to create the space and ease in your life to design the life that you desire and deserve.
Start by lying on your back and activating the deep core, then move courageously through Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar), and an invigorating standing sequence incorporating Warrior II (Virabhandrasana II), Warrior III (Virabandrasana III), and twists to help you rinse and release. Make your way down to the mat for a gentle heart-opening Bridge Pose (Setu Bandhasana), hip-openers, then finish with a short meditation and Savasana.
