Floating Tutorial

Take your floating practice to the next level! Floating is the act of controlled deceleration, in your yoga practice you can float forward, bringing hands to feet from Downward Dog to standing Forward Fold, or float back from standing Forward Fold to Chaturanga. This tutorial will focus on the forward float and finding some hangtime in the air before you arrive at Uttanasana. Liz gives you the tips on how to engage and strengthen your core, warm up the upper body, wrists and hands so you can integrate some hover time into your practice!
