In this class we explore Hanumanasana (Split Pose). Bee begins with telling the story of the monkey Hanuman, then leads you through a short meditation to drop into your breath and your practice. You will begin to flow through the body focusing on your hamstrings, building heat in preparation for different variations of Split Pose. Stretch out of your comfort zone to shift patterns and habits that hold you back. The class ends with a sweet, healing Savasana. For this practice, it is suggested that you have 2 blocks, a blanket, and a strap.
