Don't Stop Believing

This 'Manifestation Yoga' class is to get clear on what you want, visualizing it, feeling it, calling it in and manifesting it. Allowing ourselves to imagine what it would feel like to receive what we really want, believe in your vision and deepest desires. This practice will help you acknowledge that you are worthy of everything that you want to manifest.

Begin to flow through a strong standing sequence designed to activate and ground your physical body to make space for the capacity to believe. Believe you can hold Warrior III for longer, believe you can play with handstand hops, and maybe even surprise yourself by kicking up into handstand! Work your legs, find your core with Boat Pose (Navasana) and Side Plank (Vasisthasana), open your hips and shoulders, twist, find your balance in Half-Moon Pose (Ardha Chandrasana), and open your heart space with Backbends - all while weaving your own Mantra throughout. Finish with a seated meditation as you come back to your vision and allow yourself to be in the feeling of what you really want. Believe it is true, and so it shall be.

For this practice, you may need a block, and maybe a strap.
