Join Jen in this 45-minute Vinyasa flow class designed to compassionately identify the ways in which fear influences your decisions and actions. Going at your own pace, listen to your body and spirit, and dig into that place of being fearless-ish. Jen’s sequencing helps you to gain awareness of not only your physical body, but what arises from these movements and what you can do to shift your thoughts and actions in order to serve yourself better. In this practice you will flow, sweat, smile, connect to your core, release tension and fear. Find the empowerment through physical activation and most importantly, work with and release your fears, so that you can flow through life courageously and connected to a place of strength.
