Don't Be So Hard on Yourself favorite_border
This 30-minute Manifestation Yoga class focuses on the practice of self-love. Begin by centering your thoughts with meditation and Mantra, and noticing where you tend to be hard on yourself in your life.
As you start to mindfully move into the physical practice with rounds of Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations), Fallen Triangle Pose (Patita Tarasana), cresent lunges, twists, Warrior III (Virabhadrasana III), and handstand hops, you'll shift your awareness again and again to bring more love into your body and mind. You'll choose a Mantra that resonates with you and repeat it every time your hands come to prayer, sealing it into the heart. Move through hip and heart openers designed to create more space for love and play with inversions to release any judgement toward yourself. Create space in the shoulders and hips, releasing tightness and tension, with Malasana (Garland Pose), and other explorations of movement. Finally, integrate and settle in a deeply restful Savasana while being serenadaed by Jen's empowering and poetic insight.
For this class, two blocks and a strap are optional to provide more support and length.
