In this 60-minute flow, Coral guides you through a journey of tuning into your own wisdom and releasing the thoughts and energies that no longer serve you so that you can move through a practice that is sustainable and alive. Begin in a child’s pose flow, integrating your breath and movement in the most supportive way possible. You will continue to build a flow from your heart center and work on opening your chest, shoulders, and hamstrings in a way that nourishes you from the inside out. In this class you will take your time so that you can make space for your true expression to come alive, radiating light and presence for the rest of the day. You may want to have blocks and a strap nearby to try all of the variations offered.
