If crunches aren't your favorite or you're looking to mix it up, try this class for a creative answer to your core work needs! To modify, feel free to drop the knees at any point and use blocks to bring the floor closer to you. Continue coming back to this class to increase full-body strength, mobility, endurance, stamina, and balance!
