This is just what it sounds like – a little bit crazy! This dynamic, sweaty, one hour flow will get you out of your mind and into your body by moving at a fast pace and staying focused on the present moment. This fairly advanced class involves moving and transitioning quickly from pose to pose so you can keep your body moving and your blood pumping! You will move through activating Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar), then progress to an invigorating standing sequence incorporating floating to the top of the mat, twists and crazy Chair Pose (Utkatasana) variations. Rachel also sprinkles in core work, handstand hops, Wild Thing (Camatkarasana), Crow (Bakasana), Half Pigeon (Ardha Kapotasana) and Wheel (Urdhva Dhanurasana). Ready, set, yoga!
