Wind down, ground your energy, calm your body and mind with this prenatal yoga flow! This is a sweet and supportive yoga class that will help you relieve tension in your neck, shoulders and hips in a mindful and calming way, an amazing class to take if you are pregnant or want a gentle flow! Begin with taking time to consciously bring your awareness to the breath and energetically arrive at your practice. With help from supporting props such as a pillow, bolster, block and blanket (or homemade substitutes) you'll slowly move through side body stretches, forward folds, spinal twists and chest openers, then finish this beautiful class with a long rest in Savasana.
