Be Here Now

Do you experience a longing to be more present, to live your life here and now? Distractions, reliving the past, and worrying about the future? All of these things keep you in your head and limit your ability to be in the present moment. While it’s all a part of being human, spending too much time in your mind can cause you to forget that you are a powerful and complete being, exactly as you are.
