Getting yourself into a positive space can not only benefit you but have a ripple effect of positive vibrations throughout your life and the lives of others around you! As you become more positive, you may actually start to attract more positivity. Let go of frustration and negative emotions, move through a gentle heart opening and side body flow, then drop into a meditation to release attachments and soak up the positive energy you've generated throughout the practice.
