Coral expertly guides you through the foundations of the breath, common misalignments in elemental poses such as Four Limbed Staff Pose (Chaturanga Dandasana), Downward Facing Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana), Warrior I (Virabhadrasana I), Warrior II (Virabhadrasana II), and Chair Pose (Utkatasana), then moves you through Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar). You will gain the awareness and knowledge to move forward in your practice with proper alignment, new insight, and mindfulness in your asanas and breath.
