New to yoga or never practiced before? If you would like to learn more about Vinyasa yoga, or flow yoga, this is a great class to start with! Begin by moving slowly, exploring the foundation of a Vinyasa practice and the essence of yoga. You will flow through Surya Namaskar A and B, understanding the basics of the sun salutation sequences. Learn how to connect your movement with your breath for a deeper connection with your body, and gain awareness of the foundations of the yoga practice. Two blocks are recommended.
