This quick tutorial will teach you tips and alignment cues in order to get into the elusive headstand! Dianne will show you how to set up blocks at a wall to support your thoracic spine and assure there is very little weight in your head, using arm and core strength instead to hold yourself up. You will be invited to locate the “sweet spot” of your head, so you know exactly which area is safe to balance on before receiving step-by-step instructions to get into this pose.

For this class, you will need 3 blocks (or homemade substitutes) and a wall.
