Begin with Tadasana (Mountain Pose) and Uttanasana (Standing Forward Fold), then proceed through the Vinyasa sequence of Plank Pose, Chaturanga Dandasana (Four-Limbed Staff Pose), Urdhva Mukha Svanasana (Upward Facing Dog), and Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward Facing Dog) before stepping forward and making your way back to Uttanasana and Tadasana. Continue by exploring more challenging options, as well as gentler expressions of these poses so you can adjust this sequence's difficulty at anytime to suit your needs and make your practice feel good no matter the day!
