You have the ability to move from panic to peace. When you find yourself in a difficult situation, it’s common for panic to arise – beginning in the mind and moving into your physical body. Challenging situations are impossible to avoid, this practice to will help to ease the mind and bring awareness back to the breath. In this video you will learn a wonderful breathing practice, Samavritti (Equal Breath Practice), to help you ground and re-center when you feel panic or anxiety taking over. Once you learn this technique it can be used anywhere by simply closing your eyes and coming back to your breath, helping you to relax and cultivate a deep sense of calm. It brings a great sense of safety to know that you have the ability to handle anxiety whenever it occurs in your life!
