Lakshmi Abundance
favorite_border

Join Susanna as she weaves the story of Lakshmi, the goddess of abundance, in this gentle Vinyasa practice and open yourself up to the blessings and abundance available all around you.

Starting in Easy Pose (Sukhasana) you'll gently open up and energize the hips, sacrum, pelvis, and spine with gentle circular movements. Susanna then guides you through a creative Padma Mudra (lotus hand gesture) flow, offering your gifts and gathering energy into your being. Transition down to the mat for a gentle heart opening Melting Heart/Puppy Pose (Anahatasana), a few cycles of Cat/Cow (Marjaryasana/Bitilasana), and nourishing hip circles before activating the core a bit for Balancing Table Pose (Dandayamana Bharmanasana).

Continue with an invigorating Vinyasa sequence as you move through Warrior I (Virabhadrasana I), lunges, and Twisted Chair Pose (Parivrtta Utkatasana) before coming back down for Half Pigeon Pose (Ardha Kapotasana) for the hips, and seated forward folds for the hamstrings. Finish by coming into Reclined Bound Angle Pose (Supta Baddha Konasana) while incorporating mudra to help you envision and call upon the abundance you wish you create and call forth in your life.

For this class, 1-2 blocks, a strap, and a blanket are optional for additional length and support.
