[00:04] Welcome to Yoga Girl Daily. Happy Tuesday, everybody! I am hoping there's not a big echo happening in this room right now where I normally record the podcast. I had a big bed in here, I just took it out. So I'm literally sitting in this blank slate of a room that I'm beginning to figure out what to do with. And it's kind of a beautiful representation actually, of our theme for today's contemplation. It's Tune-In Tuesday, so we're about to contemplate on a specific topic, maybe journal on it or share on it later today if you like. This week we have a new moon coming on Friday. It's a new moon in Gemini and this week overall is a really good time to set our intentions, to plant some seeds. And to do that, you know, we have to kind of get rid of the original structure if we actually want to create something brand new in life.

[00:59] And for so many of us, we have experienced this unbelievable upheaval of what we knew to be our regular day to day life. And that's been awful, of course, painful, terrifying. But also in a way for many of us, beautiful. It's almost like we get to imagine and dream up a brand new life right now because so many old things have crumbled and fallen apart. So today for our tune-in practice, I really want us to take a moment and get back to dreaming. And this is such a fun practice. I don't know why we don't do it more often. We really all should have dedicated time to just sit down and dream up our goals and really get kind of to the heart of what kind of life it is we actually want to live. Oftentimes we are so busy with the day-to-day, just kind of going through the motions of everything that we get caught up in the life that we're living and we stop imagining the life that we actually want to live or the dream of a beautiful life that maybe we had long ago, but we've forgotten about since then.

[02:08] So today for our contemplation, I want you to give yourself some space to actually sit down and think about your dream life. And when I say that, I immediately start smiling because I know it's possible. I know the thing you dream of. Even the thing that maybe is a little wild, like the thing that you don't dare to dream of too much because it feels out of reach or feels impossible. I'm smiling now just talking about this because I know everything is possible. Everything is possible and of course if we've been stuck in this old kind of pattern where we're just doing the same thing every day and we have the same anchored beliefs about life and what we can and what we cannot do, then of course it's going to be super hard to imagine something greater than what we have right now, but right now, you know, we witnessed the falling of things that we never in a million years thought would ever fall apart.

[03:03] You've had huge realizations about yourself, about your past. You've found beautiful things around taking this time to be at home and slowing down. You've also been face to face with big fears and big struggles and loss and grief. Really, we are in a place right now where it kind of like this room I'm sitting in, this could be a blank slate for you if you want it to be. If you want to open up and begin a brand new chapter tomorrow, we are literally together collectively in a place right now where we can do that. So, what is your dream life? If you want to journal on this today, I suggest opening up a brand new page in your notebook, writing at the very top: My dream life. Just start journaling and see what flows and if you want, you can get a little more specific.

[03:52] You know, when it comes to your working life, your career, what would you like your day to day to look like? What is the work that you actually want to immerse yourself in? What's the level of abundance that you want for yourself in this life? What are the projects you want to start? The companies you want to build, the team you want to surround yourself with? Really get into that. What about your home, right? What's the dream home or your dream scenario like? Maybe there's another place you want to live, a country you've always dreamed of, new scenario, something different, or what about your family life or your relationship, your romantic life? Just let yourself go really wild dreaming up this dream life of yours right now. And you might be surprised where this dream takes you because I really want you to start to frame out even the things that feel impossible, even the things that feel really hard or really far away.

[04:44] Go there and you'll know you've hit the right place because your heart is going to tell you yes, this is what I long for. Yes, yes, yes. This is it. So, what do you dream of? On Friday of this week I'm hosting a big new moon ceremony on yogagirl.com, so we're going to get really detailed with our intentions that we're setting for this week. We're going to practice yoga, meditate, pull a card, journal altogether. I would love to see you there, so if you want to join us, it's 2:00 PM EST on Friday, May 22nd. I hope you have a beautiful week. I hope you give yourself the space to really dream and imagine a beautiful, beautiful life for yourself. Yoga Girl Daily will be back tomorrow.
