Your routine, and the habits that make up that routine, dictate how you ultimately live your life. Sometimes, there are habits that we absolutely dread - but they really can increase our wellbeing and our happiness.
This week, we are going to focus on finding those habits in our own lives and doing them more! Is it drinking enough water? Taking your vitamins? Flossing? Making your bed?
They may be boring, but the more we do them, the more we realize how simple things can uplift our lives.
